Song Of The Day: "Lil' Love (Pnau Mix)" by Petite Meller feat. Pnau

France's greatest pop star IS BACK!

"Baby Love" hitmaker Petite Meller has been doing the rounds as a muse for the fashion world, but her talent is too great to keep her from making pop music.

This time around she has teamed up with Australian pop duo Pnau, who have their own illustrious pop career including making one of the best albums of 2011 and working with Ladyhawke and Elton John

The original mix of "Lil' Love" sounds like more a Meller track, with her signature African influenced beats thrown against retro synths, instead of a house piano this time. However, I've found myself drawn to the Pnau mix much more thanks to the track being drenched with synths from the very beginning to the very end.

It's good to have both of them back, isn't it?

Best Bits: Each time the chorus comes out of nowhere and just explodes in your face, which is part of the reason I loved "Baby Love" so much as well.
